Empowering MSMEs to harness opportunities in the transition to sustainable trade and a circular economy in the context of the post-COVID 19 recovery

The objective of the project is to develop and implement capacity-building tools for governments and MSMEs in developing countries and economies in transition to strengthen the resilience of the MSME sector. The Enabling Environment Toolbox is a free open-source, multi stakeholders’ on-line platform for policy makers, legislators and MSMEs entrepreneurs. The toolbox is a collection of resources related to legal, taxes, crises management, supporting community, state aid, and legislations for MSMEs.
